        Does it work on cloudy days?

        The fans run best in direct sunlight, but the solar panels are sensitive enough to generate current in bright overcast conditions too. On heavily overcast days, fan speed will be reduced — but there will still be airflow.

        Yes — the solar modules and fan housings are detachable for washing. Hand wash the fabric shell in cold water, air dry, and reattach the modules. Do not machine wash with modules attached.

        SolarBrim fits head circumferences from 54cm to 62cm via an internal sweatband adjuster. The chin drawstring adds additional security for any head size. One size truly fits most adults.
